Multi-factor authentication is required for administrator/operator access. You’ll need a standard authenticator app during account activation. A password alone is not enough. MCAM does not provide or operate that authenticator. Compatible examples include Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator. You will scan a QR code or enter a manual key, then use a 6-digit rotating code at sign-in. Recovery codes must be saved securely. Losing both the authenticator and recovery codes requires your organization administrator or MCAM support. MCAM will never ask you to email an MFA code, QR secret, or recovery code.

Already completed the $99 Paid Pilot? Convert within 30 days after pilot expiration and your $99 pilot payment is credited toward your first annual Workflow license.
CUSTOMER-HOSTED / ON-PREMISES
Annual MCAM Workflow production license (from $1,490/year) plus a one-time $1,500 deployment into the customer’s approved Windows Server environment. Renewal is the applicable annual license. $1,500 is the deployment charge, not the product price.
