Does WorkAtlas upload my mailbox to cloud AI?
No. The product is positioned as a local-first workstation and is not presented as a cloud AI mailbox-upload service.
Does scanning create tasks automatically?
No. Scanning creates pending suggestions. An operator must Approve, Reject or Attach them before they become committed work.
Does WorkAtlas modify my PST files?
The discovery scan is designed to read source mail stores without modifying the original PST files.
Does it support New Outlook?
No. The current Commercial Preview requires Classic Outlook x64.
Is this an ITSM or ERP replacement?
No. WorkAtlas addresses local evidence recovery and operator work reconstruction. It is not sold as an ERP, ITSM replacement, eDiscovery platform, Copilot or autonomous agent.
Is WorkAtlas a finished public product?
No. WorkAtlas 2.0 is currently a limited paid-pilot Commercial Preview. This page does not claim a finished public release or live Microsoft Store distribution.
What happens when a Paid Pilot license expires?
The application falls back to Scan Preview. Customer data is not deleted merely because the license expired.
How do I apply?
Use the MCAM Studios contact form or email support@mcamstudios.com. Pilot onboarding is intentionally controlled while the product remains in Commercial Preview.
