Defect support is not new scope.

New custom software includes 30 days post-acceptance defect support for the agreed delivered scope. That is not 24/7 support. A new device or new feature is not automatically maintenance.

Maintenance

From $750 / year

Annual maintenance plans available from $750/year. Larger projects may be quoted at approximately 20% of original development value per year.

Remote

$185 / hour

SKU MCAM-OBS-REMOTE-1H. If the issue is an undefined project, start with a $299 or $495 assessment.
