MCAM Workflow release integrity

SHA-256 values for the MCAM-hosted Workflow server package now in this release. Hash the file you actually received. The host executable and the application DLL are different files.

Close-out mail for this commercial release is sent from support@mcamstudios.com through Office 365. It does not use Gmail.

A later package, even a one-byte change, requires a new SHA-256. Do not reuse an older hash.
