By scheduled engagement / scope confirmation. Purchasing this product requests one engineering day after MCAM confirms scope and a schedule. It is not an instant unscoped visit and does not include travel.
Scope may include supported-driver installation, ASCOM / Alpaca / INDI configuration, control-software integration, Raspberry Pi or Arduino work, dome/roof, weather, safety, remote access, power and network control, automation sequencing, diagnostics, commissioning and acceptance testing.
On-site / travel: quote only. Travel and expenses are not included automatically.
After purchase: complete the Observatory intake. MCAM confirms scope before the day is scheduled. If scope cannot be confirmed, MCAM contacts you before performing the day.
