Includes: structured questionnaire, review of submitted equipment/software, approximately 60–90 minute remote consultation, current-state and high-level compatibility review, automation-gap and risk review, existing ASCOM / Alpaca / INDI review, Raspberry Pi / Arduino considerations where applicable, prioritized roadmap, and the written MCAM Observatory Automation Assessment Report.
Does not include: custom programming, on-site travel, hardware, or a guaranteed implementation price.
After purchase: you receive order confirmation. MCAM assigns a case reference and sends the intake link. Complete the Observatory intake and include this order number. Consultation is then scheduled. The written report is the deliverable.
Conversion credit: if a qualifying MCAM Observatory engineering project of $1,500 or more begins within 30 days of assessment completion, the $299 payment is credited toward that project. Recorded against this order, your email, the case reference and the completion date. No public coupon.
